I am becoming a broken shadow

I am here, yet not

I am lost in the darkness

I wait here on the street

hoping to see you

knowing i never will

you look, and see right though me

I call out to you

you don't hear me

I reach for you

you are gone

I am alone in the street

a broken shadow

never to be seen
